C) Subscription to the newsletter, to receive communications of promotional nature through email list, by filling in the dedicated form. The Data controller uses systems to send newsletters with reports to compare and possibly improve the results of communications, thanks to which he will be able to know, for example: the number of readers, openings, unique “clickers” and clicks; devices and operatives systems used to read the communication; the detail on the activity of individual users; the detail of emails sent, delivered and not, of those forwarded. All these data are used for the purpose of comparing, and possibly improve, communications results.

D) Access to the customer area via credentials provided by Professional Link Srl in the contract stipulation phase

Contract | The customer/partner/reseller can access to their personal area to consult the documents relating to their own offer (Art. 6 l. b) GDPR)
Data retention period:
Credentials will be valid for the entire contractual term. Once the term expires, the credential will be deleted immediatly. For data relating to the service purchased from PLINK, present in the customer area, please refer to the customer information.

E) Application for job positions

Privacy policy: data provision

Apart from what has been specified about navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data.
The provision of data for purpose B) is optional to allow the user to request information of various kinds from the Data Controller. In the absence of conferment, the user will not be able to obtain what is requested.
The provision of data for purpose C) is optional. Failure to provide it will make it impossible to receive the newsletter, but will not affect the possibility of pursuing further purposes.
The provision for purpose D) is optional but necessary to be able to access the reserved area and use the service offered by the data controller.
The provision for purpose E) is optional. In the absence of conferment, the interested party will not be able to apply for open positions or proceed with a self-application.

Privacy policy: recipients

In order to comply with existing contracts or related purposes, your data will be processed by companies contractually
linked to Professional Link Srl and in particular may be disclosed to third parties belonging to the following categories:

• entities that provide services for the management of the information system used by Professional Link Srl and telecommunications networks;
• freelancers, studios or companies in the field of assistance and consultancy relationships;
• platform managers for any services used by the owner;
• competent authorities for the fulfillment of legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request.

The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories perform the function of Data Processing Manager, or
they operate in total autonomy as separate Data Controllers.

Data transfer to a third country and/or an international organisation

The personal data provided will not be transferred abroad, inside or outside the European Union.

Rights of the interested party | Complaint to the control authority

You will be able to assert your rights as expressed by the articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 of EU Regulation 2016/679, by contacting the Data Controller, by sending an email to privacy@plink.it. it or by writing to the DPO at the contacts listed above. You have the right, at any time, to ask the Data Controller for access to your personal data, rectification, cancellation of the same, limitation of treatment and data portability.
Furthermore, in the foreseen cases, you have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data based on consent and/or legitimate interest. To stop receiving direct marketing communications, simply write an e-mail to privacy@plink.it at any time.
Without prejudice to any other administrative and judicial appeal, if you believe that the processing of data concerning you violates the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679, pursuant to art. 15 letter f) of the aforementioned EU Reg. 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority – Guarantor for the protection of Italian personal data (https://www.garanteprivacy.it/)
